Business Analyst

We are here to empower parents of kids with diverse minds

We are here to help the many parents who struggle to cope with a child’s diverse behavioural traits. When this affects a whole family’s quality of life, parents can feel powerless, alone and without hope. Many children struggle socially and emotionally, limiting them in life, simply because they think in a different way to their neurotypical peers. However their diverse thinking can in fact become a superpower as they grow up. Oli help understands these children, so we are able to significantly improve family time by facilitating more harmonious interactions between parents and their kids.

Join us to create a transformative impact on children’s lives

Join us to build the tools to empower parents to create a transformative impact on their children’s lives, helping them to thrive with diverse minds. Building a mobile app that parents will love is just the start - our ambition is to develop a digital therapeutic that will make a difference for these children’s lives.

We are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst.

We are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst keen to grow into a product strategist and manager. • Manage the product roadmap and backlog actively both physically and digitally as required

  • Create user stories, maps and narratives, lead discussions with devs and the tech team in story kickoffs; validate stories in the dev environment

  • Pair with designers on mock ups, user journey maps, content, development of prototypes and user testing as required

  • A willingness to jump in and step up to help with content creation, marketing or anything else a small team might need to deliver

  • Experience in executing Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices

  • A genuine passion for developing digital products - and the know-how to get from sketch to code
