As Tech Lead you will be working with the product owner, business analyst, clinicians, designers, data scientists and of course other software developers. We are based in Milan and we are open to remote work provided there is a willingness to catch up physically regularly.

We are looking for an ambitious Tech Lead / Senior Developer.

We are looking for a React Native Tech Lead / Senior Developer interested in building a performant mobile app for both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for leading the high-level technical solutioning process, evaluating current technical feasibility options, developing a technical roadmap, managing dependencies, providing estimations, identifying implementation risks and leading development. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Responsibilities:

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across iOS and Android mobile platforms.

• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.

• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.

• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.

• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

• Create and manage a high performing development team.

Share your talent, build your skills

Experience:

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript/TypeScript

• Knowledge of key functional or object-oriented patterns

• Ability to write well-documented, clean code

• Familiarity with native build tools (I.e XCode, Android Studio)

• Understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs

• Experience with automated testing suites and CI/CD tools

• Proven experience with React or React Native (preferred)

• GCP experience or certification

• Fluency in English essential, knowledge of Italian and/or other languages a plus.
